We do not currently offer digital downloads
We don't do cancellations once the order is processed. If you need to update a mailing address or alert us of an order issue please email kolormekoby@gmail.com.
Once the item is marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is lost or stolen, notify the carrier and file a claim.
When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us kolormekoby@gmail.com.
